Responsibilities
- Perform line and base maintenance on aircraft in accordance with EASA/CAAM Part 66 requirements.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in compliance with company manuals and regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough technical inspections and troubleshoot complex mechanical or avionics issues.
- Certify aircraft release to service following maintenance and repair activities.
- Manage quality assurance audits and maintain accurate technical documentation for all work performed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve safety concerns and improve maintenance turn-around times.
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and oversee daily hangar operations.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid CAAM/EASA Part 66 License (B1.1 or B2 category).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance or quality engineering.
- Strong knowledge of aviation safety regulations and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to document technical findings accurately.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
