Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians in performing routine aircraft inspections, maintenance, and repairs under supervision.
- Learn to use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot aircraft systems.
- Follow detailed maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and safety procedures to ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance tasks, inspections, and parts usage in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the hangar and on the flight line.
- Participate in structured training programs and workshops to develop technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Support teamwork by communicating effectively with supervisors and colleagues to complete tasks efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazards, defects, or irregularities immediately.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
- Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related) is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interest in aviation and a desire to build a career in aircraft maintenance.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work in a structured environment.
- Good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces (training provided).
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Basic proficiency in English for reading manuals and communicating with the team.
