Changi Airport Group is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Airport Emergency Officer to join our team for the August 2026 intake. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and security of one of the world's busiest international airports. You will coordinate emergency response operations, implement safety protocols, and work closely with various emergency services to maintain a safe environment for passengers, staff, and airport operations.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage emergency response operations during incidents and crises at Changi Airport
- Develop, implement, and maintain emergency response plans and procedures in compliance with aviation regulations
- Collaborate with emergency services including SCDF, SPF, and ICA to ensure seamless coordination during emergencies
- Conduct regular emergency drills, training sessions, and exercises for airport staff and stakeholders
- Monitor and assess potential emergency situations, providing timely alerts and updates to relevant parties
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all emergency incidents and response activities
- Ensure compliance with ICAO safety standards and local regulatory requirements
- Participate in risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives for emergency management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Emergency Management, Aviation Management, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in emergency services, aviation safety, or emergency management coordination is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of ICAO regulations, airport safety standards, and emergency response protocols
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by operational demands
- Professional certification in emergency management (e.g., CEM, AEM) would be an advantage
- Singapore Citizen with valid Class 3 driving license preferred
