As a key member of our policy team, you will translate complex policy questions into actionable strategies, create compelling briefs and executive summaries, and present findings to senior leadership and client stakeholders. You will be responsible for tracking regulatory developments, benchmarking international best practices, and evaluating the downstream impact on hospitals, clinics, insurers, and patients. In this role, your strategic communication skills and stakeholder management will help build consensus across cross-functional teams and with government partners in the Central Region.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and advocacy of healthcare policy initiatives aligned with local and national priorities in Singapore.
- Analyze regulatory frameworks, health system reforms, and policy impacts on providers, patients, and payers.
- Engage with government agencies, industry associations, and healthcare partners to shape policy and drive alignment.
- Prepare policy briefs, issue papers, and executive summaries for stakeholders and clients.
- Monitor policy developments, gather evidence, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of policy deliverables.
- Represent the firm in consultations, meetings, and public forums, demonstrating strong client-facing skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public policy, health policy, public health, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in healthcare policy, government affairs, or regulatory affairs.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities with the ability to translate policy into business impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at stakeholder management and influencing at the executive level.
- Solid understanding of the Singapore healthcare system and regulatory environment (MOH, HSA, etc.).
- Project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, policy databases, and Microsoft Office.
