- Create and optimize compelling product listings, including titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipments.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high seller ratings.
- Monitor competitor pricing and adjust strategies to remain competitive.
- Upload and manage product images and videos to enhance listing appeal.
- Generate performance reports and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an e-commerce role.
- Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central (FBA/FBM) and policies.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
