Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Drive sales by promoting beauty, apparel, or sports merchandise and achieving assigned targets.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to answer inquiries and demonstrate features effectively.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash/card payments.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
- Handle customer feedback and returns professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and share best practices.
- Participate in training sessions and product launches to stay current with brand offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent; Diploma in Retail or related field is a plus.
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in beauty, apparel, or sports.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (5-day work week).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and handle light merchandise.
