Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Amazon product listings including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for maximum visibility and conversion
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews to maintain high seller ratings and positive shopping experiences
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Process orders, manage returns, and handle refunds in accordance with Amazon policies and customer satisfaction standards
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
- Stay updated on Amazon policies, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain store compliance and performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Amazon VA, seller, or in e-commerce store management is preferred
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and FBM processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with e-commerce tools and software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work
