You will serve as the primary administrator for our Vendor Central account, ensuring that our supply chain workflows are optimized for scale, efficiency, and maximum profitability. We are looking for a professional who understands the nuances of Amazon’s platform, from managing Purchase Orders (POs) and optimizing shipment accuracy to analyzing performance metrics and resolving operational chargebacks. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end daily operations within the Amazon Vendor Central platform, including PO tracking and confirmation.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment of orders and compliance with Amazon’s routing guides.
  • Analyze and mitigate operational chargebacks (e.g., shortages, prep issues) by investigating discrepancies and filing disputes where necessary.
  • Monitor inventory health, including stock levels, lead times, and replenishment planning to avoid out-of-stock scenarios.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports on sales performance, sell-through rates, and platform metrics to the management team.
  • Optimize product listings and content quality to ensure maximum discoverability and conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and improve overall order fulfillment cycles.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience managing Amazon Vendor Central accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon supply chain operations, logistics, and retail vendor compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Amazon Business Reports.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and troubleshoot operational errors effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with Amazon Support and internal stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven e-commerce environment.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
