In this role, you will be the backbone of our e-commerce logistics strategy. You will serve as the primary administrator for our Vendor Central account, ensuring that our supply chain workflows are optimized for scale, efficiency, and maximum profitability. We are looking for a professional who understands the nuances of Amazon’s platform, from managing Purchase Orders (POs) and optimizing shipment accuracy to analyzing performance metrics and resolving operational chargebacks. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end daily operations within the Amazon Vendor Central platform, including PO tracking and confirmation.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment of orders and compliance with Amazon’s routing guides.
- Analyze and mitigate operational chargebacks (e.g., shortages, prep issues) by investigating discrepancies and filing disputes where necessary.
- Monitor inventory health, including stock levels, lead times, and replenishment planning to avoid out-of-stock scenarios.
- Prepare and present weekly reports on sales performance, sell-through rates, and platform metrics to the management team.
- Optimize product listings and content quality to ensure maximum discoverability and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and improve overall order fulfillment cycles.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience managing Amazon Vendor Central accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon supply chain operations, logistics, and retail vendor compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Amazon Business Reports.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and troubleshoot operational errors effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with Amazon Support and internal stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven e-commerce environment.
- A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
