Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support and expertise to the sales team and external clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze customer requirements and perform technical feasibility studies to recommend the most suitable Midea products.
- Develop and present detailed technical proposals, including system design, diagrams, and specifications.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training sessions for distributors, contractors, and end-users.
- Collaborate with the R&D and manufacturing teams to address technical challenges and facilitate product improvements.
- Manage on-site troubleshooting and provide technical assistance during the installation and commissioning phases.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory standards, and emerging technologies in the electronics sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in technical application support, HVAC, or the consumer electronics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in technical software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or specialized engineering simulation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits and technical consultations.
