Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare comprehensive architectural designs, concepts, and technical drawings for various construction projects
- Create detailed 3D renderings and visual presentations to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and construction teams to ensure design integrity and successful project execution
- Conduct site investigations, surveys, and assessments to gather relevant data for design development
- Prepare and review technical specifications, cost estimates, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the design process
- Provide support during construction phases, including site visits and quality inspections
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, present proposals, and incorporate feedback into design solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution
- Valid architectural license or registration is preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural software tools
- Strong creative and conceptual design skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing project requirements
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a construction environment
