Responsibilities
- Lead endâtoâend architectural design for new venues and renovation projects.
- Prepare schematic designs, design development, construction documents, and specifications.
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and code compliance reviews.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation to ensure timely delivery.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material selections, and construction methods.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to brand standards and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (Bachelorâs or Masterâs) from an accredited institution.
- Registered Architect (or eligible for registration) with the Philippine Regulations Commission (PRC).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial, hospitality, or entertainment design.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD; knowledge of 3D rendering tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Building Code, local zoning laws, and permit processes.
- Excellent conceptual, visual, and technical communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
