Responsibilities
- Assist senior architects in developing design concepts and technical documentation
- Create and revise architectural drawings using CAD/BIM software under supervision
- Conduct site visits to document existing conditions and monitor construction progress
- Research building codes, zoning regulations, and material specifications
- Prepare presentation materials including renderings, models, and visualizations
- Coordinate with engineering teams to integrate structural and MEP systems
- Support sustainability initiatives through material selection and energy-efficient design practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, drafting standards, and construction methods
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial visualization abilities
- Basic knowledge of local building codes and regulatory requirements
