Radius One Architecture & Plumbing is seeking a motivated and creative Architectural Apprentice to join our professional team in Mandaue City. As an apprentice, you will support our senior design team in crafting detailed technical drawings and innovative 3D models. Responsibilities
- Assist senior architects in the preparation of detailed architectural plans and technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Develop high-quality 3D models and conceptual visualizations using SketchUp for client presentations.
- Perform site inspections and measurements to ensure projects align with design specifications.
- Coordinate with the plumbing design team to integrate specialized systems into architectural layouts.
- Manage and organize project documentation, including building permit requirements and material specifications.
- Participate in design brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to active projects.
- Support the administrative needs of the design studio, ensuring a smooth workflow during peak project periods.
Qualifications
- Current Architecture student or recent graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Solid understanding of fundamental architectural design principles and spatial planning.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team collaboration.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating academic or professional design work is highly preferred.
