We specialize in innovative interior and exterior design solutions, and we are looking for someone who can help transform complex architectural visions into precise, production-ready technical drawings.
In this role, you will be an integral part of our design process, collaborating closely with architects and interior designers to ensure that every project meets our high standards of excellence. You will manage drafting tasks from initial concept sketches through to final construction documentation. Responsibilities
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections using CAD software.
- Convert conceptual sketches and design requirements into accurate technical blueprints.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to clarify design specifications and resolve technical discrepancies.
- Maintain an organized digital filing system for all project documentation and revisions.
- Perform on-site measurements and field verification as required for project accuracy.
- Participate in design review meetings and contribute innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in architectural drafting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other industry-standard design software.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and building materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality output under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to interpret complex blueprints and engineering documents accurately.
