Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end architecture development process for high-value property projects.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Lead design procurement activities, including the selection and management of external vendors and consultants.
- Perform comprehensive reviews of architectural drawings and technical specifications for design compliance.
- Monitor and track project budget allocations, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising design quality.
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress, design variations, and procurement status for senior management.
- Ensure all development designs align with local statutory requirements and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property development or architectural design consultancy.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or industry-standard BIM software.
- Solid understanding of local building codes, planning regulations, and procurement procedures in Singapore.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a multi-disciplinary team.
