Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize the daily operations of multiple retail outlets within the assigned Bacolod area.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to hit and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular site visits and comprehensive audits to ensure strict adherence to company standards and food safety protocols.
  • Analyze P&L reports and operational metrics to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and maximize profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Store Managers, fostering a high-performance culture and internal talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to implement localized promotions and seasonal campaigns effectively.
  • Manage area-wide inventory, minimizing wastage while ensuring consistent product availability.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for customer service issues, ensuring rapid and professional resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in multi-unit management within the retail or F&B industry.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and operational budgets.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate large, diverse teams.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently between store locations within the Negros Occidental region.
