Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple storage facilities to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate facility managers and staff, fostering a highâperformance culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards across all sites.
- Manage budgets, control operating expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to maintain facility quality and timely maintenance.
- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decisionâmaking.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in multiâunit operations management, preferably in retail, hospitality, or selfâstorage sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue growth targets.
- Strong leadership and peopleâmanagement skills with experience in coaching and developing teams.
- Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency with dataâdriven decisionâmaking tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- Ability to travel within the region as required to oversee facility operations.
