Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all construction activities within the assigned area, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards across all projects.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior management.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Implement best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and innovative solutions to enhance project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Professional certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on retail or consumer product facilities.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation through completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, building codes, and safety standards in the Philippines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Candijay, Bohol, and travel as required.
