Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 3-5 coffee shop locations in General Santos City
- Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Recruit, train, and manage store managers to maintain high team performance
- Monitor inventory, cost control, and compliance with company standards
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns across assigned stores
- Ensure consistent brand experience and quality service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience, preferably in food/beverage
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales reporting and KPI monitoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and MS Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in General Santos area is advantageous
