Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets across multiple outlets.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to Store Managers, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and professional development.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure strict adherence to company policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational protocols.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as footfall, conversion rates, and average transaction value to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the head office regarding inventory management, supply chain efficiency, and stock allocation.
- Manage operational budgets, including labor costs and overheads, to maximize regional profitability.
- Drive excellence in customer service standards, resolving escalated customer issues and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of retail management experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-site or area management capacity.
- Proven ability to analyze complex sales data and translate insights into actionable operational plans.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a successful track record of building and retaining high-performing retail teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently between store locations within the Johor region.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian retail landscape and current consumer trends.
