Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Pekanbaru.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
