As an Area Sales Supervisor at K-Logistikus, you will:
- Drive Revenue: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue growth within your designated territory.
- Lead Teams: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Analyze Data: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retail partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Insight: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales approaches.
- Operational Coordination: Coordinate closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery and inventory management.
- Strategic Planning: Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to align the team with company objectives and foster a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team towards achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the retail and consumer products landscape in the Philippines.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
