Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple cupcake retail branches in Pampanga and Bataan.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports for senior management.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff to uphold brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations across all locations.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and minimize waste.
- Handle customer escalations and drive initiatives to enhance customer experience.
- Conduct regular store audits and implement corrective action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in retail or food service.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency with MS Excel and POS systems.
- Willingness to travel frequently between branches in Pampanga and Bataan.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
