We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Asset Coordinator to join our operations team in Kalimantan Selatan. In this key role, you will be responsible for the accurate management and tracking of our company assets, ensuring that inventory records are up-to-date and physical stock levels match data. You will play a vital role in optimizing our operational efficiency by maintaining organized storage facilities and facilitating the smooth flow of materials.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. You will enforce K3 (Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja) regulations within the asset management area to ensure a safe working environment for all staff. Additionally, you will act as the liaison between the administration team and operational departments to resolve asset-related issues and streamline procurement processes. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of all company assets and equipment using internal software or spreadsheets.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and cycle counts to verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Ensure strict adherence to K3 (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations in the warehouse and storage areas.
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure timely retrieval, usage, and return of assets.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports regarding asset status, damages, and loss prevention.
- Oversee the organization of the storage facility to maximize space and accessibility.
- Assist in the procurement process by preparing requisition lists and tracking incoming shipments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Asset Management, Store Keeping, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills for data tracking.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong administrative and clerical capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and English.
