We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Assistant Architect to join our expanding team in Bugis. As an Assistant Architect, you will work closely with lead architects and project managers, contributing to the conceptualization, development, and execution phases of our design projects. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials for client meetings.
- Support the design development process, ensuring adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve on-site design issues, and ensure quality control.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities to facilitate smooth project workflow.
- Prepare and update submission documents for relevant government agencies (e.g., URA, BCA).
- Take initiative in managing smaller project components, with the potential to grow into a project team leader role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes and submission processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and consultants.
- A proactive mindset with a keen eye for design detail and technical accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
