Responsibilities
- Assist senior architects in preparing architectural drawings, models, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity and compliance with local building codes.
- Participate in site visits and monitor construction progress to verify adherence to design specifications.
- Prepare documentation, including schedules, specifications, and permit submissions.
- Support the development of 3D visualizations and renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Contribute to design meetings by providing research, material samples, and preliminary concept sketches.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit or other BIM software.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building systems, and Malaysian building regulations.
- Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to produce clear drawings and renderings.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities, with a proactive attitude toward learning.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials.
