Responsibilities
- Assist senior architects in developing architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for various projects
- Prepare detailed technical documentation including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Conduct research on building materials, construction methods, and regulatory requirements
- Create 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts for client presentations
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met
- Participate in site visits and construction observations to monitor project progress
- Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the design process
- Support the preparation of permit applications and compliance submissions
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from a recognized institution
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship experience is a plus
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software
- Basic understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards
- Strong visual and spatial design abilities with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills in English; Malay language proficiency is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Creative problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies
