Responsibilities

  • Assist the Branch Head in managing all daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base for tech products.
  • Monitor inventory levels, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the branch.
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive reports on branch performance, sales figures, and operational metrics.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Handle various administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Head.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in retail, sales, or a tech-related industry.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, interpersonal, and exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
