Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Head in managing all daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base for tech products.
- Monitor inventory levels, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the branch.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive reports on branch performance, sales figures, and operational metrics.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Handle various administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Head.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in retail, sales, or a tech-related industry.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, interpersonal, and exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to effectively motivate, coach, and manage a diverse team towards common goals.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Solid understanding of sales principles, customer service best practices, and basic financial concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office management software.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Calamba City, Laguna.
