Qualifications

  • Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, AI, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in programme management, preferably in R&D, technology development, or public-sector innovation.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programmes with a budget of several million SGD.
  • Strong understanding of robotics, AI, and their applications across industries.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to influence and negotiate at executive levels.
