Sperwin Corporation, a leading interior design firm based in Puchong, Selangor, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Design Manager / Senior Interior Designer to join our creative team. In this pivotal role, you will lead design projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
You will be responsible for developing innovative design solutions that meet client needs and budgets. Collaborating closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, you will oversee all stages of design execution. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating inspiring spaces.

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed sketches, mood boards, and comprehensive space planning concepts.
- Develop and present design proposals aligned with client requirements and budget.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless design execution.
- Oversee project timelines, quality standards, and design integrity throughout construction.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Collaborate with clients to refine designs and incorporate feedback.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and building regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior design team members, fostering professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and FF&E.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Creative vision with meticulous attention to detail.
