Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide hands-on technical support for daily operations, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems.
- Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation, reports, and engineering drawings.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections, system testing, and commissioning activities as required.
- Support senior engineers in design modifications, cost estimations, and resource planning.
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor project progress and report any deviations or technical issues to management promptly.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in an engineering or technical support role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards is an advantage.
