You will work with advanced Building Management Systems (BMS), coordinate preventive maintenance programs, and troubleshoot complex technical issues across a diverse portfolio of attractions, hotels, and operational facilities. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operation and maintenance of building services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Perform regular inspections and audits of all mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
  • Support the implementation of the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule to minimize system downtime and prolong asset life.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults and breakdowns promptly, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors as necessary.
  • Assist in monitoring the Building Management System (BMS) and respond to alarms and system alerts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory levels, and equipment logs for reporting purposes.
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors for servicing, repairs, and procurement of spare parts.
  • Contribute to energy management and sustainability initiatives within the resort to support RWS's green goals.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or a related field).
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance, building services, or a similar large-scale environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems (e.g., Chillers, AHU, Electrical Switchgear, Fire Protection Systems).
  • Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS / SCADA) is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and safety-conscious mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and contractor management.
  • Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) or relevant safety certifications (e.g., Safety Coordinator) are a plus.
