Based in our Shah Alam facility, you will work directly with senior engineers to develop, test, and improve new products from concept to production.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of new vacuum products and components.
- Conduct prototype testing, data collection, and performance analysis to validate designs.
- Prepare technical drawings, BOMs, and documentation for R&D projects.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, procurement) to ensure seamless product launch.
- Perform root cause analysis on product issues and propose corrective actions.
- Maintain up-to-date records of experiments, test results, and project progress.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in product development or manufacturing (fresh graduates welcome to apply).
- Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Basic understanding of materials, vacuum technology, or fluid dynamics is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical report writing.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
