Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and population health within the CHAMP program.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using various data visualization platforms to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to understand data requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance by implementing robust data validation processes and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of advanced analytical models and predictive analytics to forecast health trends and optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare comprehensive presentations and reports, effectively translating complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for senior management.
- Support project management activities for data analytics initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation from large databases.
- Demonstrated experience with statistical programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong command of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense) to create impactful dashboards and reports.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with an ability to work with complex datasets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Prior experience working within an integrated health system or with population health data will be highly advantageous.
