As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing architectural deliverables, reviewing drawings, and leading coordination meetings. Responsibilities
- Lead architectural coordination across all project phases, ensuring design integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and material submissions from consultants and subcontractors.
- Manage the interface between architectural, structural, M&E, and other specialist disciplines to resolve conflicts and optimize design solutions.
- Monitor site progress to verify that construction aligns with approved drawings and quality benchmarks.
- Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and design change proposals to senior management and clients.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities for permits, submissions, and inspections (e.g., BCA, URA).
- Mentor junior architects and assistant managers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Assist in value engineering exercises to achieve cost savings without compromising design quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of architectural experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role on large-scale building projects.
- Registered Architect with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore or equivalent professional accreditation.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software; experience with Navisworks is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Singapore building codes, planning regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in main contractor or consultancy firm handling commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments is highly desirable.
