Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement
- Manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms to maximize visibility and conversion rates
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that support e-commerce objectives
- Monitor and improve website user experience, ensuring seamless navigation and conversion optimization
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery
- Train and mentor junior team members on e-commerce best practices and platform utilization

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required
- Age maximum 30 years
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
