Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic sales plan to acquire and manage a portfolio of non-merchant commercial accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities within the financial services industry to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and finance, to tailor solutions that meet specific client requirements.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management to track portfolio growth and revenue targets.
  • Conduct professional presentations and negotiations to close complex commercial deals.
  • Ensure adherence to all financial regulatory compliance standards within all client engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales within the financial services or logistics/transportation sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing a high-value portfolio and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret financial data and market insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
