Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic sales plan to acquire and manage a portfolio of non-merchant commercial accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities within the financial services industry to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and finance, to tailor solutions that meet specific client requirements.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management to track portfolio growth and revenue targets.
- Conduct professional presentations and negotiations to close complex commercial deals.
- Ensure adherence to all financial regulatory compliance standards within all client engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales within the financial services or logistics/transportation sectors.
- Proven track record of managing a high-value portfolio and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret financial data and market insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
