  • Manage the segment's budget, including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control measures.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management regarding profit centre performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and product teams to enhance the competitiveness and profitability of health insurance products.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and operational efficiencies within the Health segment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on health insurance or profit centre management.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore insurance regulatory framework and healthcare landscape.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market reports.
  • Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic planning.
