In this role, you will leverage your industry knowledge to navigate the intricacies of medical and property insurance claims, supporting our digital transformation initiatives while providing compassionate support to policyholders during critical times.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process Property & Casualty insurance claims specifically within the Healthcare sector.
- Conduct thorough investigations, assessments, and validation of claims in accordance with policy terms and conditions.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with policyholders, medical providers, and internal stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycle.
- Ensure high standards of data integrity and regulatory compliance in all documentation.
- Support the team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to claims turnaround time and service quality.
- Participate in digital innovation projects to enhance claims processing efficiency.
- Collaborate with underwriting and legal teams to resolve complex disputes or high-value claims.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in P&C or Healthcare claims management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive client situations.
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s insurance regulations and healthcare landscape.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.
