Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in insurance technical services or underwriting management
- Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance frameworks
- Proven track record in risk management and operational process optimization
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in insurance management systems and data analytics
- Professional certifications (e.g., Chartered Insurance Institute, CIP) preferred
