The Agency For Integrated Care (AIC) is seeking a dedicated and strategic Assistant Manager/Senior Executive for Service Development (Advance Care Planning) to join our mission-driven team.
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving the implementation and operational excellence of Advance Care Planning (ACP) initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem, government agencies, and community partners to streamline care processes and ensure that patient-centered goals are at the forefront of the palliative care sector.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in service planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will have the opportunity to influence policy implementation, improve service delivery workflows, and contribute to a robust care network that supports individuals and families during their most critical healthcare decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute strategies to scale Advance Care Planning (ACP) adoption across diverse care settings.
- Collaborate with clinical leads, hospital staff, and community partners to integrate ACP processes into existing workflows.
- Monitor and analyze service performance data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Support the drafting of policy papers, operational guidelines, and SOPs for palliative care development.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training sessions to foster understanding and alignment on palliative care goals.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and reporting to ensure organizational targets are met.
- Represent the agency in cross-sectoral workgroups focused on improving integrated care pathways.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Policy, Social Work, Nursing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in service development, project management, or operations within the public sector or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore healthcare landscape and familiarity with palliative care frameworks is highly advantageous.
