Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive travel business growth and market expansion
- Oversee end-to-end travel operations including booking management, itinerary planning, and logistics coordination
- Lead and mentor a team of travel professionals to ensure high service standards and performance targets
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with travel suppliers, hotels, and service providers
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Handle complex client inquiries and resolve escalated issues with professionalism
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in travel operations or management
- Proven track record in business development and revenue generation within the travel sector
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams and foster a positive work environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in travel management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Singaporean PR or Citizenship required due to location-specific operations
