What youâll do is craft and execute integrated campaigns for our F&B brands, ensuring consistency with brand voice and service standards. Youâll partner with internal teams and external partners to maximize reach, optimize budgets, and deliver measurable ROI. Your hands-on approach will help us stay ahead of trends in Jakartaâs competitive hospitality scene, from social media marketing, content creation, influencer collaborations, and events, to loyalty programs and seasonal promotions. Youâll monitor performance with KPIs, prepare reports for senior management, and continuously test new ideas to drive growth. You will manage relationships with media, agencies, and suppliers, and contribute to brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
As part of the marketing leadership group, youâll report to the Head of Marketing, collaborating across brands to translate guest insights into compelling campaigns. Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns for F&B brands within Jittlada Group.
- Collaborate with culinary, operations, and sales teams to drive guest acquisition and retention.
- Manage digital marketing channels (social media, email, website) and content calendar.
- Plan and coordinate promotions, seasonal campaigns, loyalty programs, and events.
- Track campaign performance with KPIs; generate regular reports; optimize ROI.
- Support PR, media outreach, influencer collaborations, and partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer insights; adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics, and ROI measurement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Indonesian is a plus.
- Creative, results-driven, with excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, social platforms, CRM, email marketing software).
- Data-driven mindset with budget management experience.
