Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets, ensuring adherence to brand standards and SOPs.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate outlet managers and front‑line staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control to maintain optimal food‑cost and labour‑cost percentages.
- Conduct regular outlet audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective action plans.
- Analyse financial reports and operational data to drive informed decision‑making and profit growth.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost foot traffic and brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a multi‑outlet or chain environment.
- Proven ability to manage P&L, control costs, and drive profitability.
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Willingness to travel between outlets as required.
