Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and supervise service staff to ensure adherence to brand standards and customer service protocols
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow and menu execution

Qualifications
