Responsibilities
- Analyze historical and current data to forecast demand and optimize pricing across all segments and channels.
- Manage room inventory and allocation to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market conditions to adjust strategies proactively.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute revenue-generating campaigns.
- Prepare regular revenue reports and presentations for senior management.
- Support the setup and maintenance of rates and inventory in the Property Management System (PMS), central reservation system, and OTA extranets.
- Participate in weekly revenue meetings and contribute insights for strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Experience with hotel revenue management systems (e.g., IDEAS, RMS) and property management systems (e.g., Opera) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of the Singapore hotel market and distribution channels is a plus.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on driving profitability.
