Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage ACMV service operations to ensure timely project completion and quality standards
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and service requests
- Monitor workflow progress and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for service coordination activities
- Support the Service Coordination Manager in overseeing team performance and daily operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures on all project sites
- Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ACMV, HVAC, or building services coordination
- Familiarity with air conditioning systems and mechanical ventilation operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel to various sites as required
