Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for audio visual and unified communications systems
- Perform installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of AV/UC equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to minimise downtime
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system upgrades for existing clients
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of AV/UC solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, reports, and inventory
- Deliver end-user training and guidance on AV/UC system usage
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in audio visual or unified communications support
- Basic knowledge of AV/UC protocols (e.g., VoIP, H.323, SIP) and hardware (e.g., speakers, microphones, displays)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Possess a proactive attitude and customer-centric mindset
