Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure seamless workflow and optimal productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and train staff members to achieve high performance and consistent service excellence.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, organization, and regular stock takes.
- Execute in-store promotions and marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain impeccable store standards regarding cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor sales reports and assist in meeting store financial targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
