APM Monaco, a global fashion jewelry and timepiece brand, invites a proactive and customer‑driven professional to join our Malaysia team as the Assistant Store Manager / Store Supervisor at 1 Utama Shopping Centre in Petaling Jaya. In this position, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance, uphold brand standards, and enhance the guest experience across all touchpoints. You will lead daily operations, manage scheduling, and coach sales associates to maximize conversion, average ticket, and customer satisfaction. You will also own visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention initiatives to protect company assets while maintaining an inviting, premium shopping environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations and drive sales to meet or exceed targets by coaching and motivating the team.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and supervision of associates to ensure excellent customer service and seamless store flow.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolve escalated concerns, and build lasting relationships with shoppers.
- Maintain compelling visual merchandising and in‑store presentation aligned with brand standards and promotions.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving shipments, and regular stock audits.
- Protect company assets through loss prevention practices, cash handling, and POS compliance.
- Train, develop, and performance‑manage the sales team; provide feedback and succession planning opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional teams on promotions, events, and product launches to maximize store visibility and sales.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience, preferably in fashion or jewelry.
- Proven ability to lead a team, coach for results, and deliver high‑quality customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English; Malay is a plus.
- Solid understanding of POS systems, inventory management, and visual merchandising principles.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, with strong multitasking capabilities.
